Modern apartment
This modern project of a three-room apartment was ordered by a young couple with a child. The customers bought an apartment in a new building without finishing and tried to think through all the little details from scratch for a comfortable life in the future.
The stylistic solution for the apartment was very easy to determine - the clients are young and active, which means the style should be modern and, above all, functional. The basic principle is straight, clean lines, without bright lights that would distract the eye. It was also previously agreed upon that there would be no handles on the kitchen and wardrobe cabinets in order to leave a smooth surface on the facades.
The customers needed a large kitchen-living room, for which we had to demolish one cosmetic wall and combine the adjacent room with the kitchen. Since the apartment is supposed to use an electric stove, such combination of rooms is allowed. We used the resulting large space not only to place kitchen cabinets, all household appliances, a dining area, and a large, spacious sofa, but there was also room in the living room for children’s games.

We could not help but use one of the advantages of this apartment - low window sills. Based on them, we organized benches with hinged lids, where the housewife can store various necessary things for her pets - two May Coon cats.
The room for the customers’ daughter was immediately planned with an additional bed for her grandmother. We separated the children's area and grandmother's sleeping area with a bookcase. But among other things, we managed to fit in a large wardrobe.
The customers left the smallest room for themselves, but this did not in any way affect the functional perspective of the master bedroom. We placed a bed, a dressing table, a work desk and a wardrobe.
The project provides two bathrooms. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub with built-in shelves, which we created in a niche left by the builders. In the small bathroom there is a laundry room and a large storage system for household small items.
