The full design project includes:
— Style concept
— Color card
— Sketches-collages for each room in the facility
— 3D — visualization of premises (the number of angles is discussed additionally)
— Measurement drawing with references to utilities
— Plan for dismantling partitions and/or walls, if applicable
— Installation plan after redevelopment
— Explication plan after redevelopment
— Ceiling plan indicating the type of material used, individual components and sections (the number of drawings depends on the level of complexity of the ceilings)
— Floor plan indicating: floor level marks, type of flooring, pattern and dimensions, indicating the area and article number of the selected material
— Layout plan for heated floors with controller
— Plan for plumbing installation
— Layout plan for electrical appliances with reference to lighting outlets indicating the names of electrical appliances.
— Switch plan
— Socket plan
— Wall layouts with tile layout indicating dimensions, article numbers and area of the selected material
— Development of walls with decorative elements
— Door plan with their specifications
— List of finishing materials (provided that — the Customer has agreed on all finishing materials)

— The price includes 1 visit to the showroom to select finishing materials

The mini design project includes:
— Taking a measurement
— Preparing a floor plan at scale
— Development of three options for arranging walls/partitions and furniture, taking into account the redevelopment of the room

— Collage of the concept of a stylistic solution, articles/items and area of selected material

Development of floor planes includes:
— Floor plan at scale with references to utilities
— Plan for dismantling walls or/and partitions
— Installation plan for newly erected walls or/and partitions

— Furniture plan after renovation/refurbishment

Paid separately, a separate contract is concluded.
Authorial supervision includes:
— Regular visits by the project author (from 4 to 7 times a month)
— Consultations with the customer, responsible persons or contractors, as well as monitoring compliance with the terms of the design project
— Necessary communication with the foreman (builder) on site, including by phone in reference to design project (consultations on all provided sketches/plans)
— Making the necessary changes to the project in connection with the circumstances identified during the dismantling of old partitions and the construction of new partitions, leveling the ceiling and floor
— Visual inspection at site to ensure compliance with design project, that includes: location and dimensions of erected structures (walls and openings), electrical wiring connections (sockets, switches, electrical outlets), plumbing wiring connections, correct placement of ceiling cornices and other ceiling finishing elements, selection of type and color of paints for painting walls and ceilings, correct placement of wall panels and other wall finishing materials, compliance of laying floor coverings in accordance with construction contract, correct placement of doors and openings, correct installation locations of lighting fixtures, correct placement of furniture, correct placement of plumbing fixtures , correct hanging of curtains and placement of textiles, correct placement of accessories and art objects
— If necessary, selection of finishing materials, furniture, interior items, lighting, and plumbing
— If necessary, an estimate is drawn up based on the chosen style solution and the price category of the product, indicating: articles, brands, manufacturers, suppliers and possible designer discounts (subject to separate payment for the work on drawing up the estimate)

Authorial supervision is not technical supervision. The designer does not check the quality of construction work, does not advise the foreman on construction and engineering solutions, and does not monitor the timing of construction work.

— Consultation on the selection of finishing materials in construction stores or showrooms, possibly at customer’s site (at customer’s discretion)
— Consultation when selecting an apartment according to the floor/ technical plan, consideration of possible planning solutions
— Joint viewing of potential apartments for purchase and development of several possible planning solutions
