“Garden-flat”

The project of a two-room apartment in Moscow was conceived and realized for two women - a mother and daughter. This was also a "greenfield" project of the unfinished apartment in the new building up until commissioning and moving in.

Initially, the client asked to organize separate rooms with sleeping places and everything necessary, but to make the kitchen a common area with a comfortable sofa.

It was decided to decorate the rooms with customized wallpaper. The design is flowers and green branches curling as if from the ceiling, imitating a garden or greenhouse. The choice of such wallpaper was not accidental; we wanted to create a warm and bright atmosphere not only for the summer period, but also for the long winter season.

In the rooms we have placed spacious wardrobes and work areas for computers. And in one of the rooms there is also a sofa with a TV on the opposite wall. One of the rooms has a fairly spacious loggia with panoramic glazing. There we placed a lounge chair and additional storage space.

In this project, we intentionally used the height of the interior doors of 230 cm, which optically gives us additional ceiling height.

We did not intend to combine the toilet and bathroom. But the bathroom, as well as the plumbing equipment, was removed, creating a spacious shower compartment.
